Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about installation, licensing, and update policies across our plugins.

How do I install the plugin after purchase?
Download the plugin ZIP file from the Downloads section of your CodeCanyon account. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP file, click Install Now, and then activate the plugin. You can then access its settings menu in the WordPress sidebar.
Where do I find my purchase/license code?
Log in to your CodeCanyon / Envato Market account, go to the Downloads section, find your purchased plugin, and click Download → License certificate & purchase code (available as PDF or text). Copy the Item Purchase Code and paste it in this support form.
Can I use the plugin on multiple websites with one license?
A Regular License covers use on a single production website. If you intend to use the plugin across multiple separate client or live domains, an additional license is required for each active installation.
What happens when my support period expires?
Item support is included for 6 months from purchase and can be extended on CodeCanyon. Your installed plugin continues to function normally without any interruption. However, direct technical assistance and ticket submission will be paused until you extend your item support on CodeCanyon.
Do I need to pay to get plugin updates?
No. Bug fixes, security patches and compatibility updates are available to all buyers at no extra cost. Download the latest version from the Downloads section of your CodeCanyon account and install it manually via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin (WordPress will offer to replace the current version). There is no automatic update notice in your WordPress dashboard. Extending support is only needed if you want direct help from our developers.
